It is also well stocked with silverware, dinnerware, and cookware. Beach towels are provided, the quality and quantity of other beach items are not guaranteed, as they are prone to being broken or lost. The 28th floor unit has a spectacular view of the sunrise, the ocean, Ala Wai canal, Ko’olau mountain, a golf course, and Diamond Head. The unit faces Northeast and is on the cooler side of the building. The ocean breeze and quiet split AC in both living and bedroom keep you comfortable all year round. Extended wheelbase vehicles or large trucks are not recommended due to garage size limitations. Limited free street parking is available along Ala Wai Boulevard next to the building. Additionally, several nearby parking garages are available. Car rental The 808 Smart Car Rental company is conveniently located on the first floor of the building. If you rent a car from them and return it to the building on the same day, you can avoid overnight parking fees. Several major car rental companies also have Waikiki locations within a 5–10-minute walk. Enterprise is the closest major car rental company, and it often offers more reasonable rates. Luggage storage The front desk offers luggage storage for $5 per piece. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, so availability cannot be guaranteed. There is also a luggage storage service on the first floor inside 808 Smart Car Rental, which charges $5 per piece. Unit size Approximately 580 sqft of interior living space, plus a 100 sqft private patio/lanai area. Please note that photos may be taken with wide-angle lenses, which can sometimes make spaces appear larger than they are in person. Please be advised that provided supplies and towels are intended to last throughout your stay. The building offers a laundry room and an on-site convenience store to meet your essential needs. Beach toys and equipment can be rented at 808 Smart Car Rental. The ABC store, Target, Ross Dress for Less, and Waikiki Supermarket are all nearby, within a 5–10 minute walking distance.

Additional for Parking: The parking booth is all automated and is not attended 24/7. Should you need parking assistance, in front of IC Front Desk is a Parking Automated Machine/Box that has a button. You can just press the button and the Parking Manager will be contacted. For another option, limited free street parking may be available on Ala Wai Blvd. It's also important to check the parking signs before leaving your vehicle to ensure you're following the correct regulations.
